Client Testimonial

Hello, I just wanted to drop a short note of appreciation for your medical alert pendant service. One recent morning, your employee, Penelope, called me to say that my father had pushed his button, didn't respond, and an ambulance was on its way. She actually had to call me on both my cell and my home phone, as it was early in Colorado and I didn't answer my cell phone when I didn't recognize the number. We live close to my dad - 2 miles - and by the time I arrived at his house, the ambulance and fire department were there. Dad had fallen and cut a gash in his forehead that wouldn't stop bleeding because he takes a blood thinner. Off to the hospital he went, where they were able to stitch the fresh wound and determine that he had no other injuries.

I was never sure that he would actually push the button if he fell. He told me later that the reason he didn't speak when Penelope called him that morning was that he didn't want to say the words that he needed help. But he and I both know that the button worked and help arrived as it was needed. Thanks for your valuable service!
